With the negative coefficient on the variable in the middle of compound inequality, for me the safest way to start is to multiply through the whole inequality by -1. The switches the directions of the inequalities; and it flips the whole compound inequality around:

%28-16%2F15%29+%3C=+%28-4%2F3%29n+%3C+%284%2F5%29 --> -%284%2F5%29+%3C+%284%2F3%29n+%3C=+%2816%2F15%29

Then multiply all three parts of the inequality by 3/4 to get n by itself in the middle, and you will be done:

-%283%2F5%29+%3C+n+%3C=+%284%2F5%29

From there, writing the answer in interval notation and as a graph should be easy.
