It is standard when writing inequalities, or when writing answers to inequalities, to put the lower bound on the left and the upper bound on the right. So the first thing I would do with this example is write it in the reverse order.

-12%3E-2%2B5n+%3E=+-22 --> -22+%3C=+5n-2+%3C+-12

It should be easy from there; add 2 to all three parts of the compound inequality and then divide by 5.
