If to read and understand the condition literally as it is written, then it is self-contradictory and incorrect.


Indeed,  0.11%28dollars%2Fminute%29.49_minutes  is not  17.67 dollars.


I understand that there is "a hidden part of the condition" related to the fixed monthly fee.


But in formulation of a Math problem/problems should not be "hidden conditions".  Math problems are not puzzles.


Therefore, in my view, such a formulation does not have a right to exist.
