Remember parallel lines have equal slopes. So this means the equations a) y=-4x%2B1 and d) y=-4x%2B5 have equal slopes of -4. So these two lines are parallel

So the answer is D)


Notice if we graph y=-4x%2B1 and y=-4x%2B5, we get
