Well, simply turn this equation in the so called "graphing form" wherein y is isolated on one side.
4x+%2B+y+=+14
So solving for this, we just have to subtract 4x from both sides and y is isolated already.
4x+%2B+y+-+4x+=+14+-+4x
y+=+14+-+4x
That's it, just plot the points by substituting different values for x.
