You don't graph an inequality; you graph the boundary of
the inequality which is always a EQUALITY.

Your problem.
1st: Graph the boundary x = 3 as a dashed-vertical line passing
thru all the points where x = 3.
2nd: Shade the half-plane to the left of x = 3
because you want x to be LESS than 3.
