You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If it is 2x^2 +4x-6 (not clear, so I will use that)
the vertex x-value is -b/2a, where b=4 and a=2
-4/4=-1 is x
substitute in and f(-1)=2-4-6=-8
(-1,-8)

Depends.
2x^2+4-6
2x^2 - 2 = ??
2x^2 - 2 = 0 ?
2x^2 - 2 = -45 ?
