What is the solution set for -3(x-5)<7
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1.  Divide bot sides by (-3). You will get an equivalent inequality
    x - 5 > -7%2F3.   (Notice that I changed the inequality sign "<" by ">" when divided both sides of the inequality by the negative number !)
2. Add 5 to both sides of the last inequality. You will get an equivalent inequality
    x > -7%2F3+%2B+5,   or
    x > -7%2F3+%2B+15%2F3,
    x > %28-7+%2B+15%29%2F3  --->  x > 8%2F3  --->  x > 22%2F3.
Answer.  x > 22%2F3.
