Take any value of x that you wish
Let x be 0, substitute into thq equation x=0 and find y
-4y=-5%2A0-18
-4y=-18
y=%28-18%29%2F%28-4%29=4.5
Therefore the point with coordinates x=0%2C+y=4.5 is the solution of the equation
The point A%280%2C4.5%29
If x=-2, then
-4y=-5%2A%28-2%29-18
-4y=10-18
-4y=-8
y=%28-8%29%2F%28-4%29=2
The point is B%28-2%2C2%29
If x=2, then
-4y=-5%2A2-18
-4y=-10-18
-4y=-28
y=%28-28%29%2F%28-4%29=7
The point is C%282%2C7%29
You can choose different values of x and find as many points as you wish
