You can put this solution on YOUR website! YOU find the best line fit, trying to make visually the line that you believe may best include or be closest to the points on the graph. Do this on paper if this helps. Identify or read the slope and y-intercept and plug these into slope-intercept equation form.
Your reported choice makes no sense because, the sign of the slope is wrong (which should be obvious) and the sign of the y-intercept is also wrong (which should also be obvious).
y=mx+b

m is the slope;
b is the y-intercept.
Basically, DRAW THE LINE; and READ the slope and y-intercept. Plug into the equation form.
