You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=a(x-h)^2 + k; put the coefficient in front of the (x-h)^2.
y=4(x+5)^2+7
y=4x^2+40x+107
vertex is -b/2a or -40/8, which is -5
f(-5)=100-200+107
