in slope intercept form
y=3%28x%2B1%29%2B3
y=3x%2B3%2B3
y=3x%2B6 where slope is 3 and y-intercept 6
if y-intercept 6, it means the line pass through the point (0,6)
and through an infinite number of other points (for any value of x you will find corresponding value of y)
