2.QR=QR Reflexive property

We are to do 3,4,5 and give reason, I have no clue how to do this. Help!

Not sure what you mean by "PQ 5 RS", so I'm just going to assume that you mean to say: "The measure of line segment PQ is equal to the measure of the line segment RS", which is what your first step, PQ = RS means.
3. PQ + QR = QR + RS, Additive property of Equality.
4. PQ + QR = PR and QR + RS = QS, Definition of the sum of line segments
5. Therefore PR = QS by Transitive Equality. Q.E.D.
