When you write "m<1" do you mean "the measure of angle 1"? Sometimes people mix up the angle symbol and the less than symbol. (Also, I'm not sure that www.algebra.com has a good write to write the angle symbol.)

In any case, if your question is about the measure of angle 1 and angle 2, then a valid conclusion is "Angle 1 and Angle 2 are a pair of complementary angles."

By definition, when the sum of the measures of two angles equals 90 degrees, we call those angles COMPLEMENTARY angles.
