Simply put, you can't write such a proof. Parallelism is not defined for angles. It would be like trying to prove that ice cream has bones. Aside from that, you didn't give near enough information to be able to do anything. You have to provide all of the givens and a diagram (or at least a 100% unambiguous description of your diagram).
