Question: If what is in terms of f(x)?
Answers:You can put this solution on YOUR website! Look at them together:
rewrite the second to have terms in the same order
you can see that the second expression is the opposite of the first.
So,
Question: Determine the domain of the function
Answers:You can put this solution on YOUR website! what is the fraction at the end?
or
you should really start using brackets more - a lot safer.

Question: FIND THE DOMAIN {3X+4}
Answers:You can put this solution on YOUR website! if roots are (4+i) and (4-i), then we can say:
x=(4+i) or x=(4-i)
so, x-(4+i)=0 or x-(4-i)=0
So, the factors are (x-(4+i))(x-(4-i))=0
hence (x-4-i)(x-4+i)=0
Now expand, to give

So, a possible equation is y=
jon.
You can put this solution on YOUR website! Two roots 4+i & 4-i. (r1 & r2)
Their sum = 8 and their product is 4^2 + 1 = 17.
So, the equation is x^2 - 8x + 17 = 0 (ie x^2 - (r1+r2)x + r1 r2 =0
Forget any any other way of solutions more than two lines about this kind of
baby level questions.
Also, there is no any reason you did not know the typing '+' sign.

Question: State whether the following function has a maximum value or minimum value and find it? f(x)=2+10x - x^2 ( to the power of 2:forget it)
Answers:You can put this solution on YOUR website! First of all you should know the basic common notation about the power.
Use complete square
f(x) = 2 + 10x - x^2 = -(x^2 - 10x + (10/2)^2) + 25 + 2
= 27 - (x - 5)^2
Since - (x - 5)^2 <= 0 for all real x, 27 - (x - 5)^2 <= 27 for all x.
Hence,when x = 5, f has maximum value 27.
Also, we see that f(x) approaches -oo as x-->+oo.
So,f has no minimum value.

Question: what is the domain of f(x)=x^4-5x^3+x^2-x-2
Answers:You can put this solution on YOUR website! >>what is the domain of f(x) = x4-5x3+x2-x-2<<
`
When an algebraic equation contains no denominators or even root radicals
containing variables, the domain is always "all real numbers", which is
written in set builder notation as:
`
{x|x is a real number}
`
or in interval notation as
(-¥, ¥)
