My solution: find g(x+2)
=2(x+2)-3
=2x-1
Since g(x+2)=2x-1,
2x-1-2x-3
2x-2x-1-3
=-1-3
=-4
The answer is supposed to be 4, but I have -4
Isn't minus 1 minus 3 = minus 4?
=-2
I have a textbook (ISBN 0-321-13193-2)

But the instructor gave us handouts of math functions to solve instead of using the book.

The symbol for undifined is an = with a / through it. The symbol for infinity looks like an 8 sideways.
