Question 919776: The question to this section of homework is: "graph each equation and determine the domain and range. Determine whether the equation is a function,is one-to-one, onto, both, or neither. Then state whether it is discrete or continuous"
All I really need help with is determining the domain and range of y=-x^2
Also, how do I find out if an algebraic problem is discrete or continuous? I understand with word problems, obviously, I'm just a bit confused on numeric examples like the one above.
