Question 945931: Can you please explain why the domain of f(x)=(x-2)^2 is all real numbers? my calculations were
f(x)=(x-2)^2
(x-2)(x-2)
x=2 therefore the domin cannot be postive 2 so (-∞,2)U(2,∞) wouldn't this exclude the 2's and therefore it wouldn't be all real numbers?

Question 947244: I am doing this marketing project and I am stuck on this question, the question is....Cost Function. Find C(x), the weekly cost for producing x loaves of bread. Be sure to include both the cost of the oven and the ingredients. What is the domain of the cost function? The $1.182 is the cost of the ingredients for a single loaf of bread and the monthly payments for the oven is 189.43. This is the answer that I figured out is C=189.43 + 1.19x and I really dont think that is right... Thanks for any and all help :-)
