The domain is all values of x so that the function is defined.
In this case the function is not defined it the argument of the numerator is negative and if the denominator equals zero.
So, x%2B6%3E=0
x%3E=-6
and
x%3C%3E9
So then putting this together in interval notation,
Domain : (-6,9)U(9,infinity)
