You can put this solution on YOUR website! I guess the best way to look at it is compared to the horizon is it sloping upwards (increasing) or sloping downwards (decreasing).
So looking at the graph, from to , it's sloping downwards or decreasing.
From to , it's sloping upwards or increasing.
And finally, from to , it sloping downwards or decreasing.
