Question 740457: I need help solving the following question. I believe this will turn into a fraction but I'm having issues.
f(x)=x^2+x-5, find (f-g)(x)
What I have so far is replacing the x's with f-g.
f(f-g) = x(f-g)^2 + (f-g)- 5
At this point would the above info be my numerator with g being my demonimator or am I completly off base. Thanks
