One function could be f%28x%29+=+1%2F%28x-3%29

(-∞, 3) ∪ (3, ∞) means "any number but 3 will work for x", the function f%28x%29+=+1%2F%28x-3%29 has the restriction that x%3C%3E3 to avoid dividing by zero
