Hint: You CANNOT divide by zero. So the denominator x^2+x-12 can't be zero.


If it were, then x^2+x-12 = 0. Solve this equation for x and those solutions will be the values of x that make the denominator zero. This means that you must exclude them from the domain.


So the domain will be the set of all real numbers except that x can't equal the solutions to the equation above.
