so
x can range from -infinity to +infinity

However, if your equation in fact is:
+y+=+4%2F%283%2Ax%29+%2B+7+
If so, x cannot = 0 cannot because that would be dividing by 0.
So the domain is -infinity to 0, and 0 to +infinity.
