Find the domain and range of y = x^2 +3x -2?

Domain: All Real Numbers (ARN)

Since the vertex occurs at x = -b/(2a) = -3/(2) = -3/2
and f(-3/2) = (3/2)^2+3(-3/2)-2 = 9/4 - 18/4 - 8/4 = -17/4,
Range is ARN >= -17/4
