No, it doesn't tell you anything about the other three zeroes.
How many imaginary zeros should i get? If you get one complex zero and
if the coefficients of the polynomial are all real then you will have
another complex zero called the conjugate of the 1st. That's about all
you know.
The same for a cubic; if i have one real zero what is the multiplicty of it?
Can't tell.
