Question 437684: Give the equation of the horizontal asymptote, if any, of the function.
T(x) = 2x^2-9x-3/6x^2-6x+5
A) y = 3/2 B) y = 1/3 C) y = 0 D) None
I tried to solve it like this: 2x^2/6x^2 = 1/3. y = 1/3
I am not sure if that is correct.
What are the steps to solve it and the correct answer?
Thank you very much for your help.

Find
, because
as you know
lim+%28x-%3Einfinity%2C+9%2Fx=0%29,lim%28+x-%3Einfinity%2C+3%2Fx%5E2%29=0, same and the
other terms are equal to zero.
