Find the domain
-x-3 must be positive.
Solve -x-3 > 0
x < -3
Domain is All Real Numbers less than -3

and range of f(x).
log2(-x-3) is asymptotic to x = -3 but ranges
over all Real Numbers. Multiplying by 9 and
subtracting 9 still leaves the range over
All Real Numbers.
