I'm assuming you meant X%5E%282%29%2B7=43 if that is the case this is how you solve it.
1.) subtract 7 from both sides --> x%5E%282%29=36
2.) square root both sides --> x=%2B6 AND x=-6
NOTE: don't forget to give both the positive and negative solutions
