Rule:
f( ) = the y-coordinate of the point where the x-coordinate is
whatever is in the parentheses
f(3) = the y-coordinate of the point where the x-coordinate is
3, so it's 9
f(-1) = the y-coordinate of the point where the x-coordinate is
-1, so it's 11
f(5) = the y-coordinate of the point where the x-coordinate is
5, so it's 3
f(2) = the y-coordinate of the point where the x-coordinate is
2, so it's ?
