I'll make 2 equations by substituting these values
(1) 45+=+Ca%5E2
(2) 1215+=+Ca%5E5
Multiply both sides of (1) by a%5E3
(1) 45a%5E3+=+Ca%5E5
And substituting again,
(2) 1215+=+45a%5E3
a%5E3+=+1215%2F45
a%5E3+=+27
a+=+3
(1) 45+=+Ca%5E2
45+=+C%2A9
C+=+5
The equation is
