You can put this solution on YOUR website!

Given: ( -1 ,-7 ) and ( 0 ,2 )
We find the Slope=m

Now thru point: (-1,-7) via Slope-Intercept Form system%28y=mx%2Bb%29
-7=9%28-1%29%2Bb
b=-7%2B9=2, Y-Intercept
Therefore it follows------>y=9x%2B2
In Std form----> -9x%2By-2=0
We check other point: (0,2) Via Slope-Intercept form above
2=9%280%29%2Bb
b=2, the same (should be)
Also it follows-------->y=9x%2B2--->-9x%2By-2=0 Std From>> Ax%2BBy%2BC=0
Where:
highlight%28A=-9%29
highlight%28B=1%29
highlight%28C=-2%29
We'll see the graph:

Thank you,
