F(4)=1.5*4-.4
F(4)=6-.4
F(4)=5.6 ANSWER.
F(0)=1.5*0-.4
F(0)=-.4 ANSWER,
F(-3)=1.5*-3-.4
F9-3)=-4.5-.4
F(-3)=-4.9 ANSWER.

The solutions to this problem set are actually quite simple.
All we need to do is plug in the given values of x into the function where they occur.

1) f(4)=1.5(4)-0.4
At x=4, the function is 5.6

f(0)=1.5(0)-0.4
At x=0, the function is -0.4

f(3)=1.5(3)-0.4
At x=3, the function is 4.1


2) h(4)=3%2F8(4)+2%2F3
At x=4, the function is 13%2F6


h(0)=3%2F8(0)+2%2F3
At x=0, the function is 2%2F3

h(3)=3%2F8(3)+2%2F3
At x=3, the funtion is 43%2F24


3) g(4)=-14(3)+5
At x=4, the function is -51

g(0)=-14(0)+5
