Evaluate the expression, given functions f and h:

to evaluate: f%285%2F3%29+-h%28-2%29
first find f%285%2F3%29:
f%28x%29+=+3x-1....plug in x=5%2F3
f%285%2F3%29+=3%285%2F3%29-1
f%285%2F3%29+=cross%283%29%285%2Fcross%283%29%29-1
f%285%2F3%29+=5-1
f%285%2F3%29+=4

do same for h%28-2%29
