Question 1022213: how can I find the domain and range of the function:
y=(under radical)x+2 then out of radical subtracting 3?
y= root x+2 close off radical -3
I hope that either of these phrasings are understandable.
If I would attempt to find the domain, would I make it x is less than or equal to -2 or should it be the other way around, with x is greater than or equal to +2?
I'm not so sure of when signs and symbols need to be switched, and for the range I'm not sure at all how to find it.
If you could please get back to me as soon as possible that would be great! Answer by MathLover1(20850) (Show Source):
