You can put this solution on YOUR website! the h(x) is a recipe for the function h ... when you h something, you multiply it by 4 and add 8
h(-3/4) is 4(-3/4)+8 ... -3+8=5
the quantity h(-3/4) is then multiplied by 4 ... 4[5]=20
