You can put this solution on YOUR website! Your calculator may have the same issue as this graphing utility.
The numerator has a zero at x=8/3=2.67 and the positive square root of 7 is 2.65 so it throws off the calculation and almost looks like they cancel out.
But you are correct, there is a definite asymptote at both locations.
