y = 25(-7x - 4)^(64)

The domain is limited if you have denominators or radicals.
You don't have either so the domain is All Real Numbers.

25 is always positive
(...._) raised to an even power is never negative
So y is never negative
Range is All Real Numbers greater than or equal to zero.
