You can put this solution on YOUR website! That is an expression and a trinomial, but it is not an equation. The terms which make this trinomial have no common factor, except for 1. The greatest common factor for these three terms is 1.
You can put this solution on YOUR website! The y coefficient (that's the number in front of the y term) is prime! the greatest common factor could only be 1! Unless it's a typo!?
