You can put this solution on YOUR website!
13. -7 < 2x + 3 < 15
Subtract 3 along the line to get:
-10<2x<12
Divide along the line by 2 to get:
-5 ----------------
14. -5x +9 > -1
Add 5x to both sides to get:
9>5x-1
Add 1 to both sides to get:
10>5x
Divide both sides by 5 to get:
x<2
