You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Put the linear function in this form: f%28x%29=mx%2Bb or y=mx%2Bb, the slope=m. The coefficient of x is the slope.
Example:
f%28x%29=3x%2B6
f%28x%29=highlight%283%29x%2B6, the slope, m=3
