You can
put this solution on YOUR website!
Find a polynomial with zeros of 3,-2/9 (double root), 4 and 5/8 (triple root)
The rule is "If r is a root, (x-r) is a factor".
f(x)=(x-3)(9x+2)^2(x-4)(8x-5)^3
