Take the ln of each side of the equation to "undo the e^ power".

ln%28e%5E%28y-c%29%29+=+ln%28x%2B3%29+

y+-+c=+ln%28x%2B3%29+

Now just add + c to each side:
y+=+c+%2B+ln%28x%2B3%29+
