To find the x-intercepts, set f(x) equal to zero:

= %28x-5%29%28x-2%29%28x%2B2%29+=+0
This means x = 5, 2, -2 are the x-intercepts.
To find the y-intercept, set x = 0, so that f(0) = 20, the y-intercept.
