slope (m) = 3%2F1 or just 3

Use the point/slope formula: y - y1 = m(x - x1)
Using the 1st point: 1,1
y - 1 = 3(x - 1)
y - 1 = 3x - 3
y = 3x - 3 + 1
y = 3x - 2

Substitute S for x and you will get T
