You can put this solution on YOUR website! y=$25 +$0.25x, where x is number of miles.
When x=0, y=25, so that is the base cost.
When x=10, y=27.5, 25 of which is the base cost, the other 2.50 the charge for 10 miles, so 0.25 per mile.
