The denominator does not factor, and thus has only 
irrational zeros (or roots) that can only be
approximated with calculator as ≈ -2.76231756278576
and ≈ 1.00948009238342.  Maybe you copied it wrong
and the denominator was supposed to be a polynomial 
that had rational zeros (or roots)
