nickels : x 5 =5x
dimes: 2x 10 =20x
quarters: x+8 25 =25x + 200
50x + 20x + 25x + 200 = 44
50x = -156
x = -3.12
The answer is a negative number and does not give me the amount of money. Where did I go wrong?
