Write it equivalently as follows:

The solution is the intersection of the two domains each outside the two straight lines shown in the plot below:



Figure. Plots y1 = 3-x, y2 = -4-x

This intersection is empty, obviously.

So, there is NO SOLUTION for these inequalities.
